A real estate client launched a series of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead generation campaigns targeting various regions and demographics for Damac Chelsea and Damac Islands properties during April, May, and July. The primary objective was to generate qualified leads at scale while maintaining high audience engagement and reach.

Objectives

  • Drive high-volume Meta lead form submissions

  • Promote Damac Chelsea and Damac Islands to local and international audiences

  • Test different regional and language-based ad variations for optimal performance

Strategy

  • Segmentation: Campaigns were tailored to specific audiences (e.g., Persian-speaking, GCC-focused, etc.)

  • A/B Testing: Multiple campaigns ran simultaneously to test combinations of targeting, creatives, and copy.

  • Platform: Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), using native lead forms.

  • Optimization: Campaigns optimized for lowest CPL (Cost per Lead) and highest reach-to-lead ratio.

Results

  • Total Leads Generated: 599 Meta Leads

  • 📈 Total Reach: 1,437,819

  • 💡 Top-Performing Campaign:

    • April – Leads – Damac Islands + Chelsea + Emirates

    • Results: 167 leads

    • Reach: 379,600

Insights

  • April campaigns outperformed others in terms of both reach and lead volume.

  • Language-specific targeting (e.g., Persian campaign) delivered solid performance with 89 leads from 109K reach.

  • Campaigns with wider reach did not always yield the highest leads, indicating the importance of message relevance and audience quality.

Conclusion

The campaign successfully delivered nearly 600 qualified leads, proving Meta’s effectiveness for real estate lead generation. Future efforts will focus on refining audience segments and further optimizing creative messaging to improve conversion efficiency.
